The terms used with a capital letter in this Policy have the following meanings:
Application : the Cluser mobile application, available on iOS and Android, developed and published by CLUSER SAS.
Cluser : CLUSER SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 943 433 086, exclusive publisher of the Cluser Application.
User : any adult natural person (18 years old or older) accessing the Cluser Application, whether registered or not.
Personal Account: : personal account allowing the User to access Cluser’s social features (Connection, messages, Map, feedback, etc.).
Place : establishment referenced on the Cluser Map (bar, café, etc.), which may be rated or commented on by Users, particularly regarding perceived safety.
Profile : personal information provided by a User, such as photos, bio, Meetup Vibes, relationship preferences, and badges.
Profile Verification : optional video-based procedure intended solely to confirm that the Profile photos correspond to the User’s physical appearance at a given time. This procedure does not constitute an official identity verification (identity document, civil status).
Purple badge : visual indicator showing that a User has completed a video-based Profile Verification. This badge does not guarantee the User’s civil identity.
Green badge : visual indicator assigned to a male User who has received at least one positive (“safe”) evaluation from a female User following a meetup. This indicator is based on subjective assessments and does not constitute an official safety certification.
“Safe” / “not safe” rating : evaluation left by a female User regarding the perceived safety of a Place after a meetup. This rating is based on personal perception.
Post-meetup feedback : optional feedback from a female User regarding the safety of a Place or the behavior of a person met.
