In the event of any discrepancy between the French version and this English version, the French version shall prevail.
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “GTU”) govern access to and use of the Cluser Application (hereinafter the “Application”) by any adult natural person acting within a strictly personal and non-professional context. Access to the Application is exclusively reserved for persons residing in mainland France. By accessing and using the Application, the User acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these GTU without reservation. Last update: 08/05/2026. Information relating to the collection and processing of Users’ personal data is available in the Privacy Policy accessible from the Application.

The terms below shall have the following meanings in these GTU (with capital letters):
GTU (General Terms of Use): refers to the present document defining the rules for using the Cluser Application.
Application : refers to the Cluser mobile Application, available on the Apple App Store, and may also be made available on other platforms in the future.
CLUSER : refers to the company CLUSER SAS, owner and operator of the Application and the Cluser trademark.
User : any adult natural person accessing and using the Cluser Application for personal purposes.
Personal Account : personal Account allowing the User to access the functionalities of the Application, whether free or paid.
Pro Account : Account reserved for professionals to manage the visibility of their establishment (Place) on the Application. This feature is not yet available in the current version of the Application.
Place: establishment (café, bar, etc.) referenced on the Application as a meetup place.
Profile: public personal page of a User presenting their information (photo, bio, preferences, etc.).
Profile Photos : photographs published by the User allowing their identification.
Story : temporary content published by a User in a Place, visible for 24 hours.
Comment : message left by a User under a Story or a Place.
